This villa can be rented either as a four bedroom two and a half bath unit sleeping up to twelve, or as two separate villas, each sleeping six.

Lake Destiny is home to an array of wildlife and birds and has many fish that can be seen daily near the banks. Sunsets are magnificent and come alive with dolphins and pelicans sharing the seascape!

The top Villa has two porches with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Destiny! There are two bedrooms and one and a half baths with a new Pottery Barn king in the master. The second bedroom has one full size bed and a single bed above in a bunk set up. Our family room has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. This villa sleeps six people.

The ground floor has two bedrooms and one bath, also with fabulous full waterfront views north and south! The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom downstairs has a daybed twin with a pop up trundle that can be used as either two twin beds or one king sized bed. Wonderful Ralph Lauren and Tommy Bahama comforters on all beds.

Each villa has a complete kitchen with service for eight. Calphalon pots and everything you need to cook full meals (I like to cook so I supply villa with everything you will need!) Food processor, blenders, toasters, coffee makers, mixers and more! Each floor has a frontloader washer and dryer, two TVs and two DVDs.

No Pets. No smoking. Families with children are welcome. Rentals will not be made to adult guests under 25.

We absolutely LOVE Destin and bought this villa in 2004 so we would always have a beach home for our family. We only live only one hour away and manage the villa ourselves.
