Our home can be rented either as a four bedroom two and a half bath unit sleeping up to twelve, or as two separate villas, each sleeping six.

Guests will have full access to our Club Destiny featuring 3 pools, Jacuzzi spa, lighted tennis courts, a 25 seat theater, fitness center, playground, hiking, biking, and more.

You will be impressed by this luxurious neighborhood and outstanding setting unparalled throughout Destin. Gorgeous landscaping surrounds the villa as well as the entire neighborhood. Lake Destiny is home to an array of wildlife and birds and has many fish that can be seen daily near the banks. Sunsets are magnificent and come alive with dolphins and pelicans sharing the seascape!

We are located only a few miles from the outlet mall, one mile from the Destin Commons, an outdoor mall, and minutes from the best restaurants, golf courses and off shore fishing.

The top Villa has two porches with breathtaking views of the Gulf Of Mexico and Lake Destiny! There are two bedrooms and one and a half baths with a queen bed in the master. The second bedroom has one full size bed and a single bed above in a bunk set up. Our family room has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. This villa sleeps six people.

The ground floor has two bedrooms and one bath with fabulous full waterfront views north and south! The bedroom and sleeping accommodations are similar to above sleeping up to six. The second bedroom downstairs has a daybed twin with a pop up trundle that can be used as either two twin beds or one king sized bed.

Each villa has a complete kitchen with service for eight and has a washer and dryer, two TVs, two DVDs/VCRs and phones.

No Pets. No smoking. Families with children are welcome. Rentals will not be made to adult guests under 25.
